RES Food – Self Rate your enterprise’s food waste!

In addition to the Training Courses, e-Hub, and Certification process included in the free educational RES Food Platform, another valuable asset available will be the Self Rating Tool for all project target groups!

Target groups:

  1. Supermarket, Hotel, Restaurant, Café (HO.RE.CA.) Industries, Chambers of HO.RE.CA., Chambers and/or Associations of Supermarkets (Personnel and Top Management)
  2. Humanitarian Organizations (NGOs, charities, municipalities, etc.) that collect excess/surplus food and distribute it to those in need.
  3. Employees in Food-related SMEs (bazaars, farmers’ markets, etc.)

The senior management staff from the aforementioned sectors will have the opportunity to assess the food waste generated by their businesses and acquire knowledge about surplus food and methods to reduce its environmental impact.
