Showing our commitment to the quality of provided services, SIGMA has developed its Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The System’s scope covers all company’s activities and operations, and its objectives include continuous improvement of quality in the provision of products and services, swift response to customer’s requests, state-of-the-art support services, excellent relationship with third parties, as well as full compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

The system is annually audited to ensure compliance and certification validity.

Our policy protects sensitive personal and private information. To this we have also in place a comprehensive Information Privacy Management System certified according to EN ISO/IEC 27701:2019.

A well-designed and implemented Business Continuity Management system is vital for our customers, employees, partners, and shareholders, who expect us to keep our operations running regardless of disruptions that our company may face.

We have in place a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System that is certified according to the EN ISO 22301:2019 Standard.
