The System’s scope covers all company’s activities and operations, and its objectives include continuous improvement of quality in the provision of products and services, swift response to customer’s requests, state-of-the-art support services, excellent relationship with third parties, as well as full compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Top Management is fully committed to implement and continually improve its Quality Management System and to hold its products and services to the highest quality standard.

The system is annually audited to ensure compliance and certification validity.

In fact, this is an integral part of our commitments and our governance system and is certified according to EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.

Our policy protects sensitive personal and private information. To this we have also in place a comprehensive Information Privacy Management System certified according to EN ISO/IEC 27701:2019.

Top Management recognizes the need to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information and is fully committed to implement and continually improve its Information Security Management System and its Personal Information Management System.

Business Continuity

A well-designed and implemented Business Continuity Management system is vital for our customers, employees, partners, and shareholders, who expect us to keep our operations running regardless of disruptions that our company may face.

We have in place a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System that is certified according to the EN ISO 22301:2019 Standard.

Top Management recognizes the importance of maintaining operations regardless of circumstances and is fully committed to implement and continually improve its Business Continuity Management System to ensure its resiliency.

Violence and Harassment in Workplace

SIGMA BUSINESS NETWORK / TOURNIS CONSULTING EU, demonstrating zero tolerance for incidents of violence and harassment in the workplace, adopts this policy, in compliance with Articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021, which ratified International Labor Organization (ILO) Convention 190/21.06.2021 of the International Labour Organization (ILO) concerning the elimination of violence and harassment in the workplace.
