Today 19/1/2019 Clearview Continuity announced a merger with Assurance Software, Inc., in a transaction that expands company’s global reach to over 800 customers, creating the largest business continuity software company in the world. Assurance was created in May 2018 through the purchase of the business continuity software business of Sungard Availability Services in a transaction that was financially supported by Resurgens Technology Partners.

This is an exciting time for SIGMA, as we have a solid experience of the solutions of both companies in our client portfolio.
