SIMGA is one of the 11 partners that joined and run the EU funded research project aiming to contribute to the use of Artificial Intelligence in Medical Research in the field of Cardiology.

The results and findings of the EUKARDIA Research Project were presented during the event that took place at the War Museum Conference Center in Athens on the 23rd of September 2023.

SIGMA presentation focused on the project outcomes and mainly on the Risks related to Privacy Protection and Information Security Management and the way these are handled in complex and sensitive projects like EUKARDIA is.

Manolis Eglezos, representing our key Partner in this project, EGLEZOS LAW FIRM also presented on the current Legal Framework related to Artificial Intelligence and the use and protection of personal information and privacy management.
