SIGMA organized and successfully hosted its multiplier event for the EU funded Governance, Risk Management and Compliance project (GRCEssentials), that took place at SIGMA Offices in Athens on Tuesday 19th October 2021.
The event agenda included:
- An overview of the “GRCEssentials” project
- Discussion on the benefits and challenges of using the “GRCEssentials” concept
- A brief look into the “On-line Tools” (intellectual outputs) of “GRCEssentials”
- Individual Testing of the “GRCEssentials” outputs taking into consideration the required measures for Covid-19.
The objective of the “GRCEssentials” project is to amalgamate and adapt the concepts of Governance, Risk management and Compliance (GRC) into one concept, so as to be easy for SMEs and micro-enterprises to adopt and implement these in their business and work environment.
Representatives from small and medium enterprises that attended the event had the chance to actively participate in an open discussion together with SIGMA team experts on the subject and resolve their key concerns related to GRC implementation practicalities.
