A Closer Look at Erasmus+ Continuity Workshops

The Erasmus+ CONTINUITY project aims to support adult educators in the area of business continuity skills.

One of the main activities of the project is the organisation of local workshops in five different countries: Italy, Greece, Greece, Turkey, Spain and Portugal.

These workshops were designed to complement the online training modules available on the project’s e-learning platform. The workshops cover topics such as Organisation Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Supply Chain Resilience and Cyber Resilience.

The workshops were conducted under the guidance of experienced trainers from the project’s content development team, who shared their expertise and best practices with the participants.

In addition to the learning outcome, the workshops provided an opportunity for networking among the participants, who come from different backgrounds and sectors. The workshops were adapted to the local context and needs of each country while ensuring accessibility for all. The workshops were offered free of charge and were open to anyone interested in knowing how to react to unexpected events.

As for Greece and our company, the workshops took place in September 2023, both at SIGMA’s premises and online. The feedback from the participants was very positive and encouraging. They appreciated the quality and relevance of the content, the interactive and engaging methods and the supportive and friendly atmosphere. The workshops were designed to help them gain new knowledge and skills in the field of business continuity and to exchange ideas and experiences.

Erasmus+ CONTINUITY will continue to offer more opportunities for networking in the coming months with multiplier events in all partner countries.
