This Health Clinic requested for an integrated Business Continuity Management Project as part of its management commitment to good business practices and high-standards patients care.
The solution:
Considering in full the sensitivity of the operational requirements of a healthcare organization, we implemented an integrated Management System to deal with all aspects of Emergency Response, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery operations. The project included negotiations with other state organizations to ensure their operational support & coverage in case of emergency, the documentation of these agreements and their operational integration in the Clinic Response Plans prepared. Moreover, an extended study of the current regulations for the Health Clinics took place to ensure compliance with all State & International Requirements.
